I am a BACP accredited, experienced integrative counsellor offering weekly one-to-one counselling sessions. My style is empathic and sensitive, responsive to what each person brings to the session. It could be a particular problem such as anxiety or depression, or you could be looking for help with a more vague sense of something being wrong.
The integrative nature of my training allows me to choose methods that would be most helpful for you. I blend together humanistic and psychodynamic approaches; use metaphor, image and dreamwork; elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and mindfulness. The sessions can be supportive, exploratory, or very practical - equipping you with tools that you can use outside of the session.
